Klinik Zahra Restaurant is seeking a dedicated Deputy Instructor to join our team. As a Deputy Instructor, you will play a crucial role in training and mentoring our staff, ensuring high standards of service and culinary excellence. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing restaurant in Bantul, DI Yogyakarta.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Instructor in planning and conducting training sessions for new and existing staff.,Develop and deliver training materials and programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.,Conduct regular assessments and provide feedback to staff to ensure continuous improvement.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Maintain a clean and organized training area.,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new staff members.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of training strategies.,Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Instructor or similar role in the food service industry.,Experience in training and mentoring staff in a professional and educational setting.,Knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and culinary techniques is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
