📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Evaluate and assess loan applications to determine creditworthiness.
• Conduct thorough financial and non-financial analyses to support loan approvals.
• Manage and monitor loan portfolios, ensuring timely repayments and mitigating risks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in microfinance, community economic development, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of financial products, risk management, and loan underwriting.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with microfinance software such as Mifos X, Kiva, or similar platforms.
• Certification in microfinance or community economic development is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
