Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.,Create and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms.,Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools.,Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns and content calendars.,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.,Manage and grow our social media following through targeted advertising and promotions.,Report on social media metrics and provide insights to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,2-3 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing social media accounts.,Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Creative and innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail.,Familiarity with social media analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.
