📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of multiple food and beverage outlets in Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
• Monitor performance metrics and conduct regular audits to ensure high standards of quality and efficiency.
• Lead and mentor a team of outlet managers, chefs, and staff to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as industry standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with other departments to align food and beverage operations with overall business goals.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the performance of the outlets.
• Stay informed about industry trends and innovations to drive the growth and success of the food and beverage division.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a multi-outlet environment.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams in the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
• Deep understanding of operational best practices, including inventory management, cost control, and staff scheduling.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proficiency in using operational software such as QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and POS systems.
• Certification in food safety and hygiene, such as HACCP or ServSafe, is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
