📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Lead and manage the field engineering team, ensuring the successful deployment and adoption of Databricks solutions.
  • Develop and implement field engineering strategies to drive customer success and satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the field engineering team.
  • Monitor and analyze field engineering metrics to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure the field engineering team has the resources and support they need to succeed.
  • Represent Databricks at industry events and conferences.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data and AI.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in field engineering, technical sales, or a related role.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing teams.
  • Strong technical skills in data and AI technologies, including Databricks platform.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel internationally.
  • Fluency in English and Japanese languages.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
