📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead a team of quality engineers in developing and implementing end-to-end quality assurance processes.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure AI-driven testing frameworks meet the highest standards.
• Design and execute quality strategies that align with product goals and business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in quality engineering and AI-driven testing.
• Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the team.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Represent the quality engineering team in cross-functional initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in quality engineering, with a strong focus on AI-driven testing.
• Proven track record of leading quality engineering teams and driving quality initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance tools and frameworks, including Selenium, Appium, JUnit, and TestNG.
• Experience with AI and machine learning concepts, and their application in testing.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Certification in quality management or a related field is a plus.
