You'll work closely with store managers, department heads, and employees to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage end-to-end HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and records management using SAP SuccessFactors.
• Lead recruitment efforts, sourcing, and interviewing candidates to fill various retail positions.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and align recruitment strategies.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees using our performance management system.
• Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, including tax and social security obligations.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Support the store manager in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment, preferably in the retail industry.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with HRIS systems, such as SAP SuccessFactors, is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and software, such as JobStreet, LinkedIn Recruiter, or other ATS platforms.
