📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.,Analyze market trends and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.,Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and pitch decks to clients and stakeholders.,Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development activities.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall business strategy and goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.,Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant business software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is a plus.
