CV Oryza Lestari is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Distribution Officer to join our team. This is a hybrid position, combining office and field work, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to our distribution network. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of logistics and a passion for customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the distribution network to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.,Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams to facilitate smooth product flow.,Maintain accurate records of inventory and distribution activities.,Visit and interact with customers to understand their needs and provide excellent service.,Monitor and report on distribution performance metrics.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Collaborate with the team to improve distribution processes and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in distribution or logistics.,Strong knowledge of distribution and logistics principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with basic computer software and data analysis tools.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for field work.,Fluency in Indonesian is a must, English is a plus.
