📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of the company's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial planning.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Provide strategic financial advice to support the company's growth and profitability.
  • Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.
  • Lead and mentor junior accountants and finance staff.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in accounting and finance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and achieve organizational goals.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and finance, with a strong background in financial reporting and analysis.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and IFRS.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English.
