Quick Hub Cemerlang is looking for a dynamic and passionate Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with the company's strategic goals and the needs of the employees.,Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance the skills and knowledge of the employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and develop training plans.,Provide ongoing support and mentorship to employees to ensure they are able to apply the skills and knowledge they have learned in their daily work.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in training and development.,Prepare and present training materials, including slides, handouts, and other resources.,Assess and evaluate the performance of employees to identify areas for improvement and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting.,Strong knowledge of training and development methodologies, including needs analysis, program design, and evaluation.,Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools is a plus.
