One Den Indonesia is looking for a talented and passionate Junior HR Generalist to join our team in Semarang, Jawa Tengah. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing company. As a Junior HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting our HR team in various aspects of human resources management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance reviews.,Support the HR team in the administration of employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct employee onboarding and offboarding processes.,Assist in the organization of HR-related events and activities.,Support the HR team in the management of employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or Workday.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
