📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and match candidates accordingly.,Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate with interviewers.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of recruitment strategies.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is preferred.
