📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the internal audit team, ensuring the timely completion of audit assignments.,Plan and coordinate internal audit activities, including risk assessments and audit programs.,Conduct audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations.,Prepare and present audit reports to management, highlighting findings and recommendations.,Collaborate with various departments to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in internal auditing.,Provide strategic insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency and risk management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Professional certification in internal auditing (e.g., CPA, CIA, CMA) is a plus.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal control frameworks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in using audit software and tools.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
