📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and optimize the entire supply chain process, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Lead and mentor the supply chain team, ensuring they are aligned with company goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Monitor and analyze supply chain performance, providing regular reports to management.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain to prevent disruptions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of supply chain activities.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain software and tools.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian supply chain regulations and best practices.
  • Ability to travel frequently for business purposes.
