📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.,Manage and coordinate with various departments to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Lead and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support as needed.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant operational software.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
