📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the company.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Monitor and evaluate operational performance to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Manage and mentor operational staff to ensure high performance and morale.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and communication.,Monitor and control operational costs to ensure profitability.,Develop and maintain operational budgets and forecasts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Proven track record of success in managing and improving operational performance.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
