📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Overseeing the daily operations of the production line
• Ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards
• Managing the production team and setting performance targets
• Implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency
• Conducting regular inspections and audits to maintain quality
• Developing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Monitoring production costs and ensuring cost efficiency
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth production processes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in production management in the food manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge of food safety and quality standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO)
• Proven experience in managing production teams and improving efficiency
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Understanding of Indonesian regulations and practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
