📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the financial operations of the company, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions and compliance with accounting standards.,Provide financial advice and support to senior management and other departments.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Monitor and manage the company's cash flow and budgeting processes.,Conduct regular financial reviews and provide insights to improve financial performance.,Maintain strong relationships with external auditors and ensure compliance with audit requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and tax regulations.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis is a plus.
