PT Unggul Pancaran is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Bookkeeper to join our finance team in Semarang. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing financial reports to support the company's decision-making process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update general ledger accounts, including accounts payable and receivable.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Process and reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and other financial transactions.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.,Perform data analysis and provide financial insights to support the company's strategic planning.,Train and mentor junior bookkeepers and other finance team members.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
