📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the logistics department.,Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.,Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement.,Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth operations.,Handle and resolve any logistics-related issues or conflicts that may arise.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.,Familiarity with Indonesian logistics regulations and best practices.,Fluent in both Indonesian and English.
