📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute pastry recipes to meet company standards and customer expectations.,Ensure the quality and consistency of pastries by following food safety and sanitation guidelines.,Maintain and organize inventory of ingredients and supplies.,Train and mentor junior pastry chefs and kitchen staff.,Assist in menu planning and development.,Participate in cost control and budgeting for pastry production.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage and optimize kitchen operations for efficiency and productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Pastry Chef in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of creating high-quality pastries and desserts.,Strong knowledge of food science and culinary techniques.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with local and international culinary trends and techniques.,Proficiency in using various kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to manage and train kitchen staff effectively.
