As a Bancassurance Specialist at BNI Life Insurance, you will be responsible for increasing the market share of our insurance products by identifying and targeting new customers, as well as maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients. You will use your extensive knowledge of insurance products and banking operations to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in bancassurance, insurance sales, or banking operations.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and banking operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
- Valid insurance sales certification (e.g., AAI, LIC, or equivalent).
