📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Oversee the marketing team, providing guidance and support to ensure that all team members are performing at their best.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to our marketing initiatives.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to ensure that our marketing efforts are effectively reaching our target audience.
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Identify and pursue new marketing opportunities to drive growth and expansion.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of success in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and tools, including Google Analytics, social media platforms, and email marketing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team of professionals.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address marketing challenges and opportunities.
• Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and partners.
