📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and recover outstanding accounts through phone, email, and in-person communication.
• Conduct initial and follow-up collections calls to resolve payment issues.
• Prepare and submit accurate and timely collections reports using Salesforce and Excel.
• Ensure all collections activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
