- Manage end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance.
- Oversee legal matters, including contract reviews, compliance, and risk management.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee disputes and grievances.
- Conduct regular audits of HR and legal functions.
- Provide strategic advice on HR and legal issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and legal functions, preferably in the shipping industry.
- Certification in HR management or legal compliance.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using HRIS and legal management software such as SAP SuccessFactors and DocuSign.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
