📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist the head chef in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes and beverages, including our signature teas and coffee.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring that all equipment is in good working order.
• Assist with inventory management, including ordering and stocking ingredients.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our customers.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and ensuring high-quality food and beverage service.
• Learn and apply new cooking techniques and recipes to enhance our menu offerings.
• Assist with kitchen maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Support the kitchen team in achieving daily and weekly sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant or café.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools.
