📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies to enhance efficiency and sustainability.
Oversee logistics, procurement, and distribution operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of agricultural products.
Leverage data analytics and technology to optimize supply chain performance and decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve operational processes.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices in agricultural supply chain management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, distributors, and stakeholders.
Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Lead and mentor a high-performing supply chain team to achieve organizational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on the agricultural sector.
Proven track record of leading and optimizing complex supply chains.
Strong understanding of agricultural logistics, procurement, and distribution processes.
Proficiency in supply chain management software, such as SAP, JDA, or similar tools.
Certification in Lean Six Sigma or Agile methodologies is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
