You'll work closely with property managers, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that maintenance requests are completed efficiently and effectively. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
• Inspect and repair building systems to ensure they are functioning properly and safely.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks and inspections to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
• Work with property managers and engineers to ensure that maintenance requests are completed on time and to the required standards.
• Use AutoCAD and MasterControl software to document maintenance work and track system performance.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Provide technical support and advice to property staff on building systems and maintenance procedures.
• Participate in emergency response procedures and ensure that all properties are safe in the event of an emergency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in facility maintenance or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
• Experience with AutoCAD and MasterControl software.
• Valid certification in facility maintenance or a related field (e.g., NFPA, OSHA).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
