Logistics Officer (Stay-in) - Livestock & Agricultural Supply Chain

Excelsior Farms Inc. is a leading player in Bali’s agricultural supply chain, dedicated to connecting farmers with markets efficiently. We’re seeking a Logistics Officer (Stay-in) to join our team in Badung and be at the heart of our livestock dispatch and supply chain operations.

As a Logistics Officer, you’ll manage daily logistics operations, coordinate with suppliers and delivery partners, and ensure timely and efficient livestock transport. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic agricultural environment while contributing to the growth of Excelsior Farms Inc.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize livestock dispatch schedules using SAP and other logistics software.
• Coordinate with suppliers and delivery partners to ensure timely and efficient transport.
• Monitor and report on logistics performance metrics using data analytics tools.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations for livestock transport.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve operational efficiency.
• Provide exceptional customer service to farmers and buyers.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in agricultural logistics.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new logistics processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in the agricultural sector.
• Proven experience with logistics software such as SAP, JDA, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations for livestock transport.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver’s license and experience with commercial vehicles.
